Dr. Regina K. Phillips serves as Medical Director of the center. A native of Demopolis, Dr. Phillips has practiced in Alabama since completing her medical training. She earned her medical degree from UAB and completed her internship at Medical Center of Delaware in Newark. Newark and her residency at Emory University Hospitals in Atlanta.
