Supervises all admissions, communications and pre-access job functions. Ensures appropriate staffing and scheduling. Hires and trains all new employees. Ensures that all departmental procedures and RMC Administrative Policies are followed. Seeks ways to improve the admissions and pre-access processes. Monitors quality of both admissions and pre-access to prevent on-going errors. Assures customer service is the priority for all employees under his/her supervision. Monitors patient flow in all admission areas. Ensures all copays and or deductibles on eligible accounts are collected.

EDUCATION: Preferred degree or equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years admissions experience preferred. Meditech knowledge preferred. Minimum 3 years Supervisory or leadership role required. Computer skills
