Dietary Float (Full Time)

Fill in for all positions within the department as needed. Fill-in as back-up cashier when cafeteria check-out line is long. Monitor and keep all daily / weekly temperature logs (including but not limited to: Dishroom / Serving Line / Café / Coolers and Freezers / Cook Line). Will work when needed as relief for various positions including: Coordinator, Cashier, Server, Cook and Dietary Assistant. Completes other duties to ensure timely service of food to patients and cafeteria customers. Shifts vary. 40 hours per week (must be available to work any shift Mon-Sun).

Full time with benefits
Hours will vary to include 1st shift (6a-2:30p) and 2nd shift (9:30a-6p)

Minimum Qualifications:
A) Education: High School Diploma or GED.
B) Experience in food service, preferred
C) ServSafe Certification, preferred
D) Licenses, Certification and/or Registrations: None
E) Equipment, Tools, Work Aids: various kitchen equipment
F) Specialized Knowledge and Skills: None
