Foundation/Auxiliary Coordinator (Full Time)

JOB SUMMARY: The Foundation /Auxiliary Coordinator provides donor support and administrative expertise within Russell Medical Foundation as well as within the Russell Medical Auxiliary. The Foundation/Auxiliary Coordinator is responsible for day to day management of the Russell Medical Auxiliary group, establishing and maintaining effective office systems to contribute to the overall efficiency of the Foundation and the Auxiliary. The Foundation/Auxiliary Coordinator is well organized, professional and able to work in a dynamic environment and can take on projects and duties as assigned. The Foundation/Auxiliary Coordinator ensures the confidentiality of all donor information. The Foundation/Auxiliary Coordinator promotes, directs and coordinates all volunteer programs and services to meet the needs of Russell Medical. The Foundation/Auxiliary Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with volunteers and donors, the operations and success of the Auxiliary. The Foundation/Auxiliary Coordinator is responsible for supporting and participating in Foundation efforts, and organizing events in conjunction with the Auxiliary and Foundation, and oversight of the gift shop day-to-day operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Associates degree in business management preferred or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum two years administrative support, preferably in a nonprofit
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS: None required
EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, WORK AIDS: Computer, general office equipment
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Strong computer and technical skills including Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational skills (oral and written), handles multiple priorities, organizes and prioritizes workflow while being self-motivated in a high pressure and demanding work environment. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving and decision making skills. Exercises good judgment, discretion and initiative in dealing with confidential information and/or in responding to inquires. Works independently or cooperatively in a team environment. Takes direction well from immediate supervisor.

Full time with benefits
