Foundation Program Coordinator (Full Time)

The Foundation Program Coordinator provides donor support and administrative expertise within Russell Medical Foundation. The Foundation Program Coordinator is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective office systems to contribute to the overall efficiency of the Foundation. The Foundation Program Coordinator is well organized, professional and able to work in a dynamic environment and can take on projects and duties as assigned. The Foundation Program Coordinator ensures the confidentiality of all donor information. The Foundation Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting and participating in Foundation efforts, and organizing events in conjunction with the Foundation. Act as a point of contact and on call Coordinator for Foundation donors and members of the Foundation’s Shepherd’s Program.

Minimum Qualifications:
• EDUCATION: Associates degree in business management preferred or equivalent experience.
• EXPERIENCE: Minimum two years administrative support, preferably in a nonprofit.
• LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS: None required
• EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, WORK AIDS: Computer, general office equipment
• SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Strong computer and technical skills including Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational skills (oral and written), handles multiple priorities, organizes and prioritizes workflow while being self-motivated in a high pressure and demanding work environment. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving and decision making skills. Exercises good judgment, discretion and initiative in dealing with confidential information and/or in responding to inquires. Works independently or cooperatively in a team environment. Takes direction well from immediate supervisor.

Full benefits Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm with some evenings and weekends as needed
