Patient Access Representative (Full Time)

Job Summary:
The Patient Access Representative is a critical role responsible for ensuring a seamless patient experience from pre-registration to main registration. This position requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of healthcare insurance and financial processes. The Patient Access Representative will be the primary point of contact for patients, collecting necessary information, verifying eligibility, and facilitating a smooth transition through the registration process.

Full time with benefits
Monday-Thursday 8a-5p and Friday 7am-4pm

Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent advanced clerical training preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one year of experience in healthcare registration or customer service.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS: None required
EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, WORK AIDS: Copy Machine, calculator, fax machine, Meditech, Windows, credit/debit card machine, printer as well as compliance checker.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Ability to relate to a broad and diverse spectrum of the community.
