Physician Clinics Documentation and Reimbursement Assistant

JOB SUMMARY: Reviewing all clinic providers’ charts on a daily basis to ensure optimal documentation and working directly with the Documentation and Reimbursement Coordinator to ensure all quality measures are captured.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Minimum of 1 year physician office experience; knowledge of insurance regulations and coding/documentation guidelines for physician offices

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations: None

Equipment, Tools, Work Aids: Office equipment, fluent use of computer and electronic health records, good communication skills
