Accountable for direct provider recruitment and all support services relating to Medical Staff Development for Russell Medical (“RM”).
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two-five years of proven successful physician recruitment, sales, business development, public relations or comparable experience.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS: None
EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, WORK AIDS: Computers and other office equipment
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Good communication skills, both written and oral. Proficient in public speaking. Ability to understand physician issues including reimbursement. Excellent negotiation, organization, and prioritization skills
