Job Summary:

Serves as CIO and Director of Information Technology. Provides for overall technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of all information technology programs; leads the IT department in planning and implementing systems to support all Russell Medical operations. Responsible for all information services and technology functions; including the main Electronic Health Record system and many others that interface to it, server and network infrastructure, voice and data communications and all end user devices. Directs and actively manages a team of IT professionals to support over 600 users in a leading-edge medical center.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Experience: Fifteen years of professional job-related experience and ten years of direct management experience in information technology.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Strategic and Business Acumen: A strong understanding of how technology can create business value, improve efficiency and drive growth.
Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to lead IT teams, communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and build relationships with executive leadership.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, data analysis, and emerging technologies.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities and the ability to address complex technological challenges and optimize IT processes.
Project Management: Experience in planning and overseeing the implementation of large-scale IT projects and systems.
