The Sleep Disorders Center at Russell Medical offers four rooms for patients to stay overnight for sleep studies. All rooms are warm and inviting with comfortable surroundings, traditional furnishings, personal bathroom and amenities including Wi-Fi.
Two sleep specialists carefully monitor various activities while the patient sleeps including brain waves, limb movements, oxygen levels and snoring. Upon conclusion of the sleep study a sleep physician reviews the results, makes an accurate diagnosis and recommends an appropriate treatment plan.
The Sleep Disorders Center meets all accreditation requirements from the Joint Commission for hospitals, as well as the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
