Manages all aspects of the coffee shop, including, but not limited to, coffee, beverages, and food preparation, retail sales and sanitization of the area.
A) Education: High School Diploma or GED
B) Experience: Six months in food service preferred
C) Licenses, Certification and/or Registrations: None
D) Equipment, Tools, Work Aids: coffee espresso machine, various kitchen equipment, cash register and/or computer technology
E) Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Serv-safe certification or Serv-safe certification within first 6 months of employment
