Job Summary:
Responsible for medical screening procedures and care of patients presenting to physician office. MUST provide excellent customer service skills.
Full time with benefits
Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm and Friday 7:30am-12:30pm
Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION: LPN must have completed LPN program, RN must have completed accredited RN program
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years in the medical office setting preferred
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS: Current LPN or RN licensure to practice in AL, Basic Life Support (BLS)
EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, WORK AIDS: EMR System, Windows, General Office Equipment, Multi-line Telephone System, Glucose Meter, CBC Machine, Urinalysis Reader, Hemoglobin A1c Machine, Centrifuge, Immprint
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Nursing Practice Act Alabama Board of Nursing (ABON), Advanced Practice Act (ABON) and Laboratory Equipment.
