Home / Pharmacist (Staff, 7on/7off)
Staff Pharmacists fill orders for parenteral and enteral medications, monitor patient drug therapies, and provide drug information. Staff pharmacists supervise and direct support personnel. In the absence of the pharmacy manager, a staff pharmacist may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the pharmacy manager.
Hours: 7on/7off: 9am-7pm weekdays, 8am-12noon weekends (56 hours per pay period)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree or Pharmacy Doctorate degree
EXPERIENCE: 2 years hospital pharmacy experience required, PGY1 or PGY2 residency preferred
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS: Currently licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Alabama.
